Hey guys,
One of the things we talked about in Lead Team was our Tier 2 logs. I created a google form and shared with you guys on the PK google docs. If you "save a copy" you should be able to then change the names to fit with your group. Let me know if this doesn't work for you. The expectation is that we begin using this each day as an accountability factor and as back up.
