As we move closer to the American Revolution planning days, I think we should all seek to prepare a little bit. For those of us who taught it two years ago, think back on the experience and reflect on the pieces you thought were appropriate (notice I didn't say well done, necessarily! :P) and what you think fell apart.
Please read through the following links and be prepared for Monday. The more preparation we do ahead of time, the more efficient we can work - enabling us to come away from the week with a complete unit. :)

I just wanted to confirm that our work day from next week is 8:30-3:00. The kids have dentist appointments scheduled for 3:45 on Wednesday in Keystone Heights, so I'll need to leave right at 3.
ReplyDeleteThe workday for these days is 8:30-3:30. If you have to leave 30 minutes early one day, it's no biggie. We just want to honor each other's time and be fair. :)
ReplyDeleteCary, I was just thinking that we should probably look at the WOW ELS, too - since those will be on our Unit Plan. I have an copy of all grades' ELS, and could print out 4th and 5th...
